By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE THAT IMPACTS YOUR RIGHTS ABOUT HOW TO RESOLVE DISPUTES. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.
Users can contribute to our forum, private Facebook pages, or user groups.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.
User Goods and Services
Our Site allows users to sell goods and services. We do not assume any responsibility for the goods and services users sell on our Site. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of any goods and services sold by users on our Site. However, if we are made aware that a user is violating these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or prohibit the user from selling goods and services on our Site.
Subscriptions
Upon accepting this agreement Client shall immediately pay any applicable one-time setup quoted by Lbdleadership.com or specified in the Lbdleadership.com order form or services agreement Client used to purchase Lbdleadership.com Service.
Client shall pay the full price and follow the terms, quoted by Lbdleadership.com or specified in the Lbdleadership.com order form or services agreement Client used to purchase Lbdleadership.com Service, and agrees to pay this amount as set forth in the Lbdleadership.com order form or services agreement while the performance of this Agreement is in effect. If approved in writing by Life By Design Leadership, Client may change the plan/quantity/amount of their Service to another Lbdleadership.com product or service. Your subscription automatically renews for the period of time outlined in the service agreement.
All fees are non-refundable, even in the event the Agreement is terminated mid-month or in a future renewal month, except as stated in this Agreement.
Overdue payments shall bear interest at the lesser of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum rate allowed under applicable law. In addition, if any of Client’s payment obligations are more than thirty (30) days overdue, Lbdleadership.com may cease the
performance of its obligations hereunder until Client remits such payment in full. The foregoing shall be in addition to any other remedies available to Life By Design Leadership.
Lbdleadership.com may increase prices with a minimum of thirty (30) days prior notification to Client. The price increase shall take effect on the next billing cycle. Fees for renewal terms shall not include one-time fees.
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: If, at any time prior to the date thirty (30) days after your order date, Client may give Lbdleadership.com notice of Client’s dissatisfaction with the services provided under this Agreement (i) Client may terminate this Agreement on one (1) days’ notice to Life By Design Leadership, and (ii) within thirty (30) days after the effective date of termination Lbdleadership.com shall refund the amount Client paid for the services under this Agreement. Client’s termination notice must be in writing and mailed or emailed to Life by Design's corporate office.
