Mastering the Art and Science of Leadership- The 12-month program includes all the features and benefits of the LBD Tribe and bi-monthly individual sessions with your coach.
- Bi-Monthly 1-1 coaching with your Coach.
- Monthly training with a monthly focus to leverage your success.
- The private Facebook group is just for tribe members. Forget going it alone.
- Full access to our TL interactive training program in one of the Lead with Purpose Cohorts.
- Full access to the Life by Designs library of training and digital tools
- 12 months of live peer-to-peer guided discussion sessions focusing on the monthly learning topics.

Yes, we accept new clients throughout the year. You will be incorporated into the yearly flow where we are. You'll have access to previous monthly sessions via recordings.
Is there a community for course participants?
Yes, absolutely! As a participant in our Mastery Program, you will have access to the Tribe's private community and one of the Lead with Purpose Cohorts. Our philosophy is that together we are better. When you find like-minded women willing and able to cheer each other on we all learn from one another, and we all win!
